When preparing your home for sale, ensure the general repairs on your to do list gets done.
Faults encourage buyers to look for more. Minor repairs are perceived by buyers as owner neglect and could result in a lower sale price.
Check things like loose door handles, old taps, towel rails and peeled paint. Leaving these repairs to the buyer (or their Building Inspector) will leave them adding up what work needs to be done and how much they need to spend.
